From Thursdays to Sunday we will practice daily four hours of Vienna Yoga. Beside this program, there is time to relax, swim in the ocean and spoil your self silly with massages. This holiday is a perfect opportunity if you are travel with a partner that would like to add surfing, but you’d like to only relax.

During these days you will gain a deeper understanding of the practice of yoga, the purpose of the postures and their physical, mental and emotional effect. You will experience a wide range of Meditation, Breathing and Relaxation techniques. You will leave this holiday with a body that feels connected to you, a mind that can be calm and focused, and a heart that is happy and full of new inspirations. This holiday promotes self-practice so hopefully your yoga mat will get plenty of use once you're back home.
Vijnana Yoga Is a unique practice from within (Vijanan means knowledge from within) with the focus on teaching how to move effortlessly and moving from the inner power source, rather than the muscular structure. Vijnana Yoga includes all the following practice element: just sitting (meditation), breathing exercises ( pranayama), yoga poses ( asanas) and relaxation (savasana). Guiding principles include body relaxation, quieting of the mind, focusing through intention, grounding, connecting, expansion and awareness of the breath.This enables us to be attentive inwards, see, sense, understand and operate skilfully and getting to know ourselves on a deeper level.
