Room cancellation policy
‍
● If canceled up to 14 days before date of arrival, we refund your booking value minus EUR 50,-administration fee. 
● If canceled up to 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of your booking value will be charged.
● If canceled less than 7 days or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.

We are aware of our preventive role and therefore, there is constant monitoring oft the evolution of the epidemic situation. We also try our best to be flexible and work with guests bookings amid the current global circumstances.

For guests that are forced to cancel their booking as a result oft the restrictions due to Covid -19, we will provide a Voucher-Code, valid for 12 month from the date of your cancelled booking.

● No pets allowed
● Loss of room key will be charged with Euro 80.-
