● Check in from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM . Arrivals outside check in hours need to be announced ahead and late check in have an extra fee.
● Check out until 11:00 PM
● Breakfast 8:00 – 10:00 AM

Room cancellation policy

● If canceled up to 14 days before date of arrival, we refund your booking value minus EUR 50,-administration fee. 
● If canceled up to 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of your booking value will be charged.
● If canceled less than 7 days or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.


● No pets allowed
● Loss of room key will be charged with Euro 80.-

Moinho Calmo LDA reserves the right to cancel any reservation in which case a full refund will be made.
